I've been with Rebuy for a littel over a year. There are some great things about rebuy in personalizing the customers experience but a lot of glitches as well that cause many customer complaints. I speak with rebuy maybe only once every few months. My rep I normally talk to was out of town for a long time and I was set up with a succes manager Max instead. We had a 30 min call and discussed some things we can do to make my site experience better for customers due to all the email complaints I have been receiving (6 changes we discussed to be exact). Their interface isn't the easiest to navigate so I asked Max to help. He did half of ONE task. When I kindly asked about the rest of the items he replied with a rude email that was jaw dropping telling me he "went out of his way" to do what he did and that I can do the rest of the things myself. WOW. Basically how dare I not be jumping for joy for him taking a couple minutes out his day to do what he did. Not the experience I would appreicate from a company I've given thousands to. I've also not seen any jump in my conversion rate since using this app.

We've been using Rebuy for a few years now and it's truly an awesome upsell app for our business - I don't write reviews often but I've seen consistent results for a long enough time (both in performance and in their support) that it's worth sharing my experience. The most obvious widgets where impact/results are most black & white is with the checkout upsells (if you're on Plus) and the post purchase offers. We use the other widgets too but it's hard to know what the customer would have bought without the upsells unless you can run a true a/b test. That said, we know with certainty that Rebuy is helping us improve AOV and generate extra profit over and above their cost - which is the whole point! Over the years, the team has always been very helpful (impressively so compared to many other apps on Shopify) and our Success Manager, Max, in particular has been very helpful and great to work with. Don't sleep on this app, especially if you have skus that pair well together.

Adding Rebuy to our business was an easy choice. The ROI has doubled since installing. We currently have the best successes with the in cart flyout widget that has been amazing at converting one time purchases to subscribers which data shows increases the lifetime value of a customer. The CSM i work with is always available and has useful insight.

We had Rebuy setup for months, but never used it properly, so we decided to delete the app. When Dante, with rebuy found out about this, he and his team worked tirelessly to regain our business. After several calls, we re-installed the app & couldn't be more pleased with our decision. Dante, and all of the team with rebuy, have been first class people to work with. They have shown my company dedication and attention that shows this company cares not just about the bottom line, but the customer's success as well. The team did not just stop at regaining our business, the hours dedicated to us has continued since our re-install. The team has dedicated so much time to making sure we are properly using their app this time around. The results are already starting to show. Only gave 5 stars because they didn't offer 10! Rebuy is one of the best and most powerful apps on the Shopify App store. We've been using Rebuy for almost 2 years and are so impressed with not only the features and functionality but the excellent support they provide as well. We primarily utilize Rebuy for product add ons and GWP promotions and both are super easy to setup, edit, and publish on our own. Whenever I have had any trouble getting a widget edited on our site the Rebuy support team is quick to provide support and go above and beyond to get everything up and running smoothly. I can't recommend this app enough, it is a must-have for Shopify merchants!
