I'd like to share my fantastic experience with the REBUY app and Rich M. Working with Rich and his team has been an absolute delight. What truly impressed me was their remarkable efficiency – they swiftly set up everything well before our major sale.

Moreover, they displayed their commitment when a code issue arose. Within an astonishingly short span of 20 minutes, they had it fixed to guarantee our customers received the desired promotions seamlessly.

Rebuy has been such a helpful app for our company in regards to growing sales and we love all of the features it offers. Keaton Ross has also been very helpful and informative for our team on understanding and learning how to use the different widgets to benefit our e-commerce site!

-Update:
After posting this review the Rebuy Team got in touch and affected fixes in their app and got us up and running - which is great. However, it still took 4 months and a negative review to get a result. If only this happened sooner we'd be giving a much better review. 3 stars.

Really disappointed with our Rebuy experience. After looking at many apps, we specifically chose this app because of its stated compatibility with Multicurrency. / Shopify markets AND the white glove setup at US$1000 - which we ended up doing ourselves anyway.
After literally months of back and forth the app is still not working with currencies, and while we have had our $1000 setup fee refunded - subsequent communications with Rebuy have stopped, they’re simply not replying.
Our last few emails have not been replied to, which is extremely poor. After many hrs of setting up rules were uninstalling and looking at alternatives

AMAZING customer service! John was always available to solve my questions regardless of the time zone difference. The app is everything I was looking for, easy customisable product page crossales, quick to set up and overall made my life easier! I've tried 3 cross selling apps before Rebuy but none of them were this good. Plus you have a top customer service team to help you whenever. Defy recommended!

By accident we noticed we had been paying for Rebuy for months, without even realizing we had approved these costs. We never logged into the app during that time. Pretty frustrating to see thousands of dollars wasted, since they charged based on order volume (we do about 5000 orders a month). Contacted Rebuy and Ian came back with a perfect solution, very happy with how it turned out. Will def start using Rebuy from now on.

Cannot review the app yet, since we didn't use it, but their support is great.

Rebuy is the best app for upsells. It really is super powerful, easy to use and feature-packed. You can do any upsell/cross-sell you want (in-cart, popups, checkout, post-purchase) and they even started rolling out other stuff like reordering landing pages. Lastly, their customer service is great; responsive and professional. Highly recommended.

A+ app. and the premiere choice for upselling. There are plenty of other competitors in this space, but the hands-on help we get from our CSM, Janet, is what differentiates Rebuy from the crowd. She's gone above and beyond on several occasions. Truthfully, without her we probably would have went with a competitor.
