The best SmartCart you will ever see. And the best? It isn't just a SmartCart, there are so many great other features such as widgets, post-purchase, switch to subscription, etc. And the support team is awesome with an answer to all your questions! Really happy to find out about this app.

Rebuy is one of the best and most powerful apps on the Shopify App store. We've been using Rebuy for almost 2 years and are so impressed with not only the features and functionality but the excellent support they provide as well. We primarily utilize Rebuy for product add ons and GWP promotions and both are super easy to setup, edit, and publish on our own. Whenever I have had any trouble getting a widget edited on our site the Rebuy support team is quick to provide support and go above and beyond to get everything up and running smoothly. I can't recommend this app enough, it is a must-have for Shopify merchants!

Rebuy has become - for good reason - an essential part of the DTC stack. However, like a lot of software, it's only as good as the support you receive. And that is why we have given it 5 stars. Monica, our Success Manager, was tireless, patient, and knowledgeable. As powerful a tool that Rebuy is, we probably would have given up on it if not for her.

Support team is unbelievable and went above and beyond in helping me with a specific layout that I needed. Cart is much cleaner than the default theme one and allows for very easy upsells.

The overall experience has been great so far.
We had the app installed on one of the websites, implemented dynamic bundles and gift with purchase which went well and seen results straight away.

Since we started working with Monica Neal on the "7 weeks growth program" I feel like we have finally started to make the most out Rebuy Engine. Monica's been great leading the growth and keeping us updated with the new widgets. I'd also like to mention we had difficulties implementing the SmartCart due to our custom theme, the team was on it and helped us deliver an "on brand" customer experience without having to involve a 3rd party developer, mega helpful.
