The app cost 100$/month and is not even multi-language. This is a feature that should be in ANY Shopify app this day if you pay that price. We were not able to use it and paid for the first month. We would really appreciate a refund.

At Ouh La La we couldn't find an App to managed a complicated related product issue. Were recommended Rebuy and after a couple of false stars the Rebuy team reached out and resolved the problem, First class service and fingers crossed will drive significant sales.

I had been looking for an intelligent upsell/cross-sell solution that would still allow for customization and fit the nuances of our product offering. Rebuy came highly recommended from other Shopify+ store owners I know.

Support from the dev team is without comparison. These guys are responsive and intelligent. They have gone above and beyond to understand our needs, customize a solution, and help us utilize the recommendations in ways that immediately had a positive impact on our bottom line. The take-rate on our upsells is incredible, and we've just started tapping into the potential of the app.

I can't wait to see where these guys go from here. I know they're constantly improving and rolling out new features based on real-world customer feedback. I'd give 10 stars if possible.

Been using this app for a few weeks now and I really like it. The support is great, and its loaded with rich practical features to increase AOV. In just few weeks we have seen a relative, substantial AOV increase. Very happy with it. I strongly recommend this app.

Rebuy is better than advertised. It's more than Shopify App - we work with their team constantly on customizing their features for our store. In this past month, they've also developed a brand new feature (subscription upgrade in cart) after we've expressed interest in this tactic. Dylan G. has been a phenomenal partner in making sure that we've onboarded smoothly and that we maximize our potential on their platform.

Must have upsell experience for your site! Rebuy is an incredible app to add to your store, if you don't have it yet you're missing out. Our account manager Janet is amazing and is super helpful and will act on things immediately that you need. Would recommend!!

A major part of the reason for upgrading to Shopify Plus was for Rebuy. We were told that the app wouldn't slow down our site. After working with the Rebuy team (great people and very helpful which is why I'm giving 3 stars) to set up our widgets and data sources we set Rebuy live. Immediately our site speed plummeted (lighthouse score went from 85 to 30) which in turn sank our conversion rate and made our ads more expensive to run. We were told Rebuy runs after our pages load, but I'm pretty sure that's not true. After about 2 weeks we realized what was going on and uninstalled the app. After another week of scrambling we realized that our site was littered with rebuy code we decided to revert to an old theme out of desperation. After reading other reviews I've only found a few other companies that had this problem, so maybe it's unique to a few. That being said, although we feel we were misled, we have been in communication with the Rebuy dev team who said hey are working on optimizing the code even more. We will try Rebuy again after that happens, but we will be way way more cautious this time around and have a back-up theme in place just in case.

Can't recommend this app enough! Easy to install widgets on our website and when we did need something tweaked, support was there to help with exactly what we wanted. Most importantly, the app does exactly what it says - in a very short time we've seen a significant increase in AOV through the smartcart. What a great app.
