Best upsell/cross sell app I have used. I've had trouble finding lightweight and properly built upsell apps to use. ReBuy has built a very clean solution that is way more customizable than I expected. We're able to modify the look of each component and the functionality. Additionally, their support team is great. They are very helpful and know more than cookie cutter responses --- they actually get their hands dirty and help you integrate into their tool. I'm grateful that someone has built this solution correctly, finally.

Upsell, mini cart, cross sell and other features are outstanding. We have seen a HUGE revenue increase in subscription adoption and AOV since installing re-buy. We would love it if the rebuy team would put more work into the script performance and progressive enhancement/speed as this app has significant performance impacts on the theme and is currently the biggest drop on our performance metrics which is the only downside.

So far we are happy with this app and the Rebuy customer service. They were helpful in quickly identifying a potential issue and making custom adjustments to help us go live. Excited to see how the app performs!

-Update:
After posting this review the Rebuy Team got in touch and affected fixes in their app and got us up and running - which is great. However, it still took 4 months and a negative review to get a result. If only this happened sooner we'd be giving a much better review. 3 stars.

Really disappointed with our Rebuy experience. After looking at many apps, we specifically chose this app because of its stated compatibility with Multicurrency. / Shopify markets AND the white glove setup at US$1000 - which we ended up doing ourselves anyway.
After literally months of back and forth the app is still not working with currencies, and while we have had our $1000 setup fee refunded - subsequent communications with Rebuy have stopped, they’re simply not replying.
Our last few emails have not been replied to, which is extremely poor. After many hrs of setting up rules were uninstalling and looking at alternatives

So much functionality built into this app! I was surprised to see all the different ways we can integrate cross-sells on our site www.felonycase.com. Check it out, we're using a pop-up to cross-sell an additional case, a cross-sell built right into the product detail pages, and a special cart pop out to add a screen protector and camera protector. It's already way better than the old cross-sell / up-sell app I used to use. Special thanks to Strauss for taking the time to ensure everything was set up and running flawlessly. Thanks.

I love the way the app integrates seamlessly with our store. And the Replenish email option is an excellent feature for us. Had a few teething issues during set up but they were sorted out straight away by the great customer service! In addition, Flynn did an excellent job helping to style our Smart cart.

This app will generate us significant extra revenue. As we scale our advertising it will be a game changer. In testing, we are seeing it increase Average Order Value on about 60% of orders.

We were recommended this app by our Client Experience Rep at ReCharge. We have been on Rebuy for 8 Days and we have already realized enough return in - in funnel purchases to justify bringing on ReBuy. There is more automation that we have yet to turn on that deals with Churn and other in funnel flows. John, James and Dylan (and the whole ReBuy Team) have been ultra responsive and fun to work with. Bunch of apps on Shopify but there are a handful that are must haves for certain business models - ReBuy is certainly on of these applications!

We just downloaded the rebuy app during a very high-stress time. Aaron was beyond helpful and attentive! He helped get all of our widgets set up prior to black Friday. Great customer service, very excited to start utilizing this platform
