I would like to thank the team behind the 'Recurpay Subscription App'. The team has been fantastic and helpful, I required many adjustments as it wasn't your run-of-the-mill subscription, but they made it happen. They were friendly and professional, I would recommend using this app if you plan to sell subscriptions, not only does the app work flawlessly, but it's the support driving behind the app; is what you will appreciate the most. 110% support and satisfaction. The app works perfectly, we couldn't be happier. I completely recommend this app.

We have over 300 accounts that needed to be transferred over from our previous subscription app. Once that was done, everything has gone smoothly minus a couple expected hiccups with orders/accounts. But they were quick, easy fixes. We like that they solely focus on subscriptions and are able to give the attention needed. We are looking forward to working with RecurPay, and continuing to help each other grow!

I can't fault this app. Not only is it easier to use than others, it's well laid out and you can find what you need. The help they give is 2nd to none! The response time is very short and they help immediately talking in a language that's understandable (not developer talk). I couldn't recommend this app highly enough! If I could give Sinchain 10 stars I would.

UPDATE: The issue is getting worked on. I finally got some response and they have refunded the money I was out.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! The only reason I'm even still using it is because I haven't found anything better. It's fine until something malfunctions, then the customer support is TERRIBLE! The only option is a live chat which is not always the best for communication. I had a problem with it, all the sudden, not charging shipping to one of my customers. I reached out and the guy said he would get back with me in 24 hours. OVER A WEEK went by then I had to reach back out because TWO MORE people didn't get charged properly as well. The only correspondence I can get is that "they're working on it". It's been two weeks! I also hope they are prepared to reimburse me the shipping charges that I've had to pay out of pocket. Over all it does process subscriptions, but the technical support is SEVERLY lacking. Don't tell me that in 2023, the only way you can communicate with people is via chat. GET A PHONE!
