The app is a great way to easily manage our memberships. Although we still encounter some hiccups, the support team is quick to assist and resolve the issue in a timely manner.

Excellent customer service! Subin is always great at helping me when I need it. I recently updated my theme and needed additional help installing app with new theme and they were great to help. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Didnt work and they asked for my IP address sneakily which is dangerous. Very dodgy do not use

This is my 2nd time thanking the amazing support team!! I submitted a request for help last night, and today they have fixed the issue with my subscription plan & got things running for me! They responded so quickly & kept me updated with progress reports. I am so grateful for the care & attention they give to supporting my use of the app.

Awesome support from the team. They were very quick to respond to my support ticket, easy to work with, and had my setup issues resolved within the week. Great app, a real life saver as I needed recurring payments and membership capability for my website. This is the best solution I could find for Shopify and have now used this app on two of my websites. Thank you team. Keep up the great work!

I first installed this App on a test site as I have been let down by claims by other membership apps in the past.
The AAEcommerce app has worked well for my site. It has integrated easily with shopify and the support from the support team has been prompt and helpful. Useful features:
The ability to add customer subscriptions as orders that show on the customers dashboard.
The ability to change membership plans show/hide content credentials without having to manually alter the form widget each time. Customer service:
Has been excellent. I had a query about the formatting on the My Account page and it was resolved within two days. Very pleased with the app so far, and, more importantly, confident that any queries will be dealt with swiftly and efficiently by the customer service team.

Rishav helped me a lot by e-mail but also during a zoom call when we had technical problems. So you can use this application without any problem and the support is very good.
