WE have had issues and can not get the paypal option to work. All response to support has not been returned. What can we do? Otherwise the rest of it seems to work. Wish it would integrate with a product of the store. If a user is already a member on the site, and signs up for a AAA membership it can overwrite there password.

The app works well and it does what it says it does. The real selling point is the customer service! they are super helpful in setting it up and solving any issues that come along.

I found the app very complicated at the beginning but after watching the instruction video I was able to set up the plans. I had some additional questions that were responded by support immediately and I got a video tutorial for every single question. In the end, I needed a custom design for the membership boxes. These guys designed exactly what I needed and correct them three times because of my mistake and the client´s requirements. I am really happy I gave this app a try and it can do everything for me and I don´t need to remove members manually anymore! Moving from Locksmith to AAA Memebership.

I first got familiar with this Company by using the Web Push Notifications App, which is Free and just GREAT! So when I needed to add a Membership & Loyalty Program to my website, and I saw that the same company had versions of that as well, I was intrigued. However, those ones did cost a little bit of money, so at first I tried to use some other Free ones. However, those other companies Apps did not work, and I ended up just coming back to AITrillion, and Rishab did a screen-share walk through with me and was INSTANTLY super helpful and successful in getting a fairly technical feature, set up in my store. 10/10 Rishab

I have requested assistance on several occasions and been scheduled a callback but that didn't happen. It really appears that no one is actually reading my emails but I continue to get auto responses telling me to watch a video on how to set up something that is already set up. This is very frustrating. Basically I will most likely be uninstalling within 24 hours and its all due to the customer support.

Ugh. Was so hopeful when I saw this app and read the description until I installed it and saw it only supports the Stripe payment gateway.

As a Philippines-Shopify store, I need it to support PayPal Express Checkout, that specific "flavor" of PayPal. No other payment gateway is available to me.

I'm more than happy to change the review to 5 stars if you will add PayPal Express Checkout for recurring orders/subscriptions/donations/etc.

There are some things I wish I could do that the app doesn't do yet, however it works and I'm pleased with it. Customer service has been great and sorted any issues I've had up to this point, so that'd be a five stars on that end.

Customer support is quick and kind. It's perfect for my situation if it could give the member free shipping and limit its number of use per month.
