Mayank was AMAZING on helping me set up Bold Memberships. We are still in Beta mode, so I have not fully tested the functionality but customer service has been very good. I live in EST and have found later in my work day yields the quickest chat responses.

This is a great app that covers the basics for running a membership/subscription service. The app itself is easy to navigate and user friendly. Personally I would like if there were some more features with it, for example, fixed end date free trials, additional email notifications like when someone cancels a membership, an option to prorate if you want. That being said, the app gets the job done, and the customer service is the best I have received, they are knowledgeable and very friendly. Brenden is hands down the best on the customer support team! Of all the membership/subscription apps this is the best bang for you buck.
I use Bold Recurring Memberships for my dog walking/pet sitting business. Their customer service has always been extremely helpful whether communicating via email or chat. Their agent, Priyanka, in particular, has helped me find solutions and answers to my questions and has been a joy to work with.
The help is wonderful! I got stuck on a few things last week and had someone help me through live chat and then again today I had GURI help me. Thank you for your quick help so that I can continue to push my business forward and not waste time!
