Merchants appreciate this app for its strong customer support and technical help, including coding and installation. It boosts revenue through effective membership fee management and integrates well with Shopify and Stripe. Despite some initial setup difficulties, it's user-friendly with a clean interface and offers good customization options, providing excellent value for managing memberships and subscriptions efficiently.

I have been extremely impressed with the level of support I have received with getting information and support. The level of communication has been fantastic (big thanks to Ben from Bold app support).

The layout of the app is clear and logically laid out.

I have enjoyed my overall experience so far and look forward to our working relationship :)

Great app for running our membership platform. They actively work with you and are always coming out with new features. Next thing needed would be a robust analytics dashboard similar to the one shopify has recently rolled out.

Good app. Makes processing memberships pretty painless. A few setup issues here and there, but the support team is great to work with and has gotten us past those hurdles. All in all, well worth it.

I had a problem getting the payment buttons to work, so I contacted support by email. They were quick to respond (I sent my message on Saturday and they fixed the problem on Monday). This sort of support gives me confidence in using their other products. Very pleased and relieved!
