The tool is great although it is not as friendly if you have to set it up in another language that is not English and the process is a bit tedious. The support was great though, Jon helped me out with the issues I had and got me back on track. So shoutout to Jon. Looking forward to seeing what results I get from the app.

Jon was super helpful in helping us get some extra data about our referral program that isn't immediately accessible from the dashboard. He was very responsive and overall the customer service has been great!
We recently launched our Referral Candy program and had some confusion about the back-end settings. Karen was very attentive and helped me quickly sort out the issues we were having.
