Their support is great and quick. Would be cool if they had a phone line though. The app is very customizable and pretty easy to install and figure out.
We've been using Referral Candy for a few weeks now and so far it's boosting our sales greatly. I love their chat support - the team have been super responsive and helpful when I've had small questions about the setup!
We haven't implemented the app yet but so far their customer support has been great. Maddie was very quick to reply and assist.

This app is very user friendly and the ready to go templates look great. I set it up myself but Benz was really proactive and at getting in touch to recommend some improvements. I am sure that it will be successful in bringing in lots of referral revenue :)

They are very responsive and Tippy helped us with the platform switch. It's not ended yet but it was helpful to have quick responses.
The only issue is that you can't connect more than one store with same ReferralCandy account.
I haven't tried the app but JC Fajardo has been very helpful in setting it up and understanding our queries.
