Really some of the best customer service of all the apps on the Shopify app store. We've worked with a dozen or so apps and Referral Candy is one of the most responsive, hardworking, and dedicated teams we've come across (thanks Tom & Derek!!)

Very easy to use. For me as well as for my customers. Nice support. Exactly what I was looking for..
Currently the app isn't paying out referral bonuses to customers which makes the app useless. Customer service disabled ability to chat with them.

I'm hoping to use this app primarily for influencer affiliates rather than for a referral program. It seems quite simple to set up for this purpose from what I have learned thus far. The service rep Jon that I have been in conversation with via chat has been very responsive and very helpful - providing me with the precise links and info needed for proper set up. Thanks Jon!

The software is great for all your referral needs. It has a bit of a learning curve but I was running my custom referral program in no time thanks to Derek and Mardie, who stayed on with me for hours on live chat and responding to my emails!! Great job Derek and Mardie, you guys are killing it.
