Refersion Affiliate Marketing

I do not recommend this app. There is no delete/edit button for you if you’ve typed an error into a conversion/commission amount. If you make a mistake, You have to email Support for them to delete it for you. ‍ Then to top it off, they don’t respond right away, you have to wait at least a week for the issue to be fixed. I don’t understand why they don’t just add an “edit” or “delete” button.
Instead of having the affiliates wait for their payment while they take their sweet time to get to it.
I NEVER ever complain or leave bad reviews! This is my first time writing one like this.. This means it has taken A LOT for me to get to this point. I will be finding a new app if they can’t get it together especially since this app isn’t cheap... I’m paying for their “best” package.

Have not fully used this app yet but up to now the customer service was tremendous, I had a few hiccups setting the account up from my end and reached out to customer service and a guy named John helped me get everything set up quickly and was really kind during the whole process.

What a great, cost-effective way to start with Affiliate Marketing. This app allowed us to approach our customer base with confidence and show them how to make commissions with selling our products. Smart syncing with Shopify shows you which orders the commissions are associated with, making it easy to go through the approval and payout process. Love the automation processes.

I use this app for my brand ambassador program and LOVE it! Very easy to use and to navigate. Andre has helped me with a few tasks and was very responsive and helpful to get my questions answered and fixed! I highly recommend this app.

Refersion has been a huge addition to our business. Easy to set up & use & get affiliates to help grow our business. It is a powerhouse. If we could give it a 6 out of 5, we would, because 5 out of 5 doesn't tell the full story of how important Refersion is to us.

After nearly two months of using Refersion, it’s not working for me. The messages / announcements sent to the affiliates are not delivered, and Refersion was informed. No resolutions were provided.

Andrew fixed my domain so that I could test in a very reasonable amount of time. I am very happy with the support.

Overall, not a good experience at all. Poor Service & App Not working. Literally I sent 4-5 emails over 48 hours with no response. Do not recommend. I have now given this app two chances over the last several years.

Refersion has worked seamlessly as our affiliate referral program. It has thorough demo to be able to set up yourself and the support from their team has been amazing. Andre has been communicative in making sure to answer all of our questions and have our account up and running. Our account was also properly extended once we got set up while we learned the app thanks to Andre! We are excited to have Refersion now.

App is intuitive and support is great. Mr. Andrew Yoon was very helpful with all my questions and got my shopify squared away.

Got a lot of help from Refersion on install and integration with Shopify and PayPal particularly from Andrew who was really responsive to the configuration issues we had. The plug-in seems pretty easy to use so far. Hopefully the affiliate marketing works and I can see how efficient the calculations and payouts are.
