When I first installed this app it worked well (of course during the free trial). It showed me the behavior of my customers and it allowed me to make some changes to my site to improve customer experience. Now, weeks later and during Black Friday when the traffic to my site has increased exponentially, I am unable to even open the app. It takes me to an error page and it asks me to log in, when I press that button it takes me to the page to install the app again. This is extremely frustrating. I will be uninstalling this app and finding something that actually works.

It's really amazing to use Better Replay.
You can understand how user surfing your website, which products they are looking.
It's really helpful to increase understanding of your most loved product.

I like the premise, but not sure if my customers are just leaving or the recording is messed up. Hopefully its the recording.

It helps to see customer behaviour and gives you some ideas about what they are looking for. sometimes it records your own session of your own location too which annoying but still it's very helpful.
