This app really helped me to see the real-time movements of each customer's visit so that I can make more informative decisions to either readjustment or corrects
First time I've used an app to track customer journeys though my site and its working perfectly. Easy to install and set up, (well there is no set up - just turn it on!)
I've seen a couple of customer visits already.
Reference to Heatmap may be misleading if you are expecting some fancy reporting but as a free, session recording feature, it's faultless.

Great app I don't know why i didn't download this before best app ever would definitely recommend to everyone!
It works, but lacking documentation on how to use the advanced features. Not worth the $30 in my opinion. I'd say between this one and lucky orange, which are the only two I've used, lucky orange is a bit better.
