Cant believe its a free app! Its fantastic. Does exactly what i want it to do, shows real time recordings so i can optimise my website.
Very useful during Black Friday, we tweaked a few exit points. Only two suggestions 1. the replay is rather small, had to enlarge to 200-250% to see it on laptop and even then couldn't see detail or elements would appear inverted/ upside down, due to being enlarged? 2. Would be useful to have IP address of visitors or a way of detecting screenshot action, one visitor spent 45 minutes dawdling up and down and across the All Products collection page.

It is a great app! It is good to be able to see what your customers are doing on your store and how you can improve the user experience. I have made about 10 changes on my store to remove clutter and make it as straight forward as possible
