Gives me customized reports I can't get in shopify and when I get stuck their live chat is amazing. Impressed
Very happy with the addition to shopify report. What I needed was a very basic lists of sold items per order and shopify does not provide this option (basically an option to download customer invoice data as csv).
Pundit basic reports also not provides this option. But they were very supportive directly after installation of the app - talking with their support in chat - to create this as a custom report and make it available. Very happy with the flexibility, speed and result.
Hands down the best app we've ever used. Very helpful support members, always helped us out for all the needs. Very powerful report builder as well, worth it!
The app does so much automatically but if you have a question or need a customization the customer service team at RP is THE BEST! I highly recommend this app.

We have used many different integrations for our financial reports - Report Pundit was able to provide the most accurate data! A robust number of reports are available for various aspects of your business. The customer support team is also helpful if you would like to customize a report or troubleshoot any technical issue. I would definitely recommend!
We started using it a few days ago. It's amazing! Support is the best I've received so far from any app provider, period. Fast turn around on a custom report pulling in custom order field data. Support is second to none! Fast response times all hours of the day or late at night. There are so many reports and the flexibility you have from a reporting standing point is the best I've used and seen on the Shopify Platform. I'd give them more stars if I could!
This app has potential and can be really useful, but the customer support is really incompetent, the worst. You spend hours explaining simple tasks, they never understand and they don't even follow or double check your request.
This customer support experience has been the most frustrating and awful experience I have ever had.
For example I asked: simply concatenate Address 1 with Address 2 inside a column cell and don't move any column
Result: they moved all the columns, they ALWAYS MOVE ALL THE COLUMNS
So I asked them to remake it, it tooks 2 hours to simply show Address 1 and Address 2 in the same cell and 2 hours of messaging in order to explain them, multiple and multiple times, the same simple task.
And I have to count all the hours I have spent in the last months, every time an experience like this.
