After being wildly disappointed with Shopify's reporting capabilities, I decided to look for an app we could use to support our needs. Not only are Report Toaster's reports very user friendly, but the customer service is really where you get your money's worth. I am a person who has many questions, and I want to ensure I get the report exactly right before I send it to our team - every time I email, George responds within a half hour at most, and has never not been able to help me. Report Toaster has been an absolute game-changer compared to Shopify’s native reporting, especially when it comes to compliance and financial clarity. Shopify’s built-in reports are fine at a surface level, but they fall short the moment you need real detail—particularly for interstate commerce, tax reporting, and separating gift card activity.

Report Toaster allows me to pull exactly the data I need, the way I need it, without having to export multiple reports and manually manipulate spreadsheets. The ability to clearly separate **gift card sales vs. redemptions** alone is invaluable, both for accurate revenue tracking and for working cleanly with accounting and tax records.
