We have been using Return Prime for a few days now and based on the initial usage, the app is providing everything that it has promised. It has helped a lot to automate our returns/exchange processes. We need to use it for a few months to get to a stage where we can list down a detailed pros/cons. But up until now, it has been really beneficial for us to automate our processes.
Finally a note to our contacts in Return Prime: Ms. Greeva and Mr. Shubham. They have been really helpful and supportive regarding the onboarding and the margin discussions. They have been really professional and prompt during the whole process and it has been a pleasure to have them as our partners for our returns/exchange operations. I don't know what took me so long. Customer support is very attentive, pleasant, and helpful. Allowed me to customize the app exactly as I need for my customer base. Held my hand thru the process. Now I've simplified a process that used to take my time away.

such a great customer services , the APP is easy to use , 24/7 customer services , the functions of the app can be customized upon on your request. The app was designed for return & exchange, but we were looking for recycling function our new sustainable campaign and we requested to Prime return team , they just provide extra support to built us new function. Highly recommended
