I highly recommend giving this app a spin if you are looking for a product return solution! It works great out of the box and has many integrations to choose from. We asked them to add an integration they didn't have listed and their team and ours were able to create a new one very quickly and it works amazingly well.

Their support team is probably their best kept secret. Any question or problem I had, they were more than willing to help me out and stay on top them. Their support team is probably the best team I have ever worked with by far, y'all rock!

The customer service has been prompt and extremely helpful. I am very glad we have chosen this app! The functions at the basic label are also great. I was able to schedule a call to go through the entire platform, and they sat down with me and answered all my questions! Took me a while to get everything set up but the customer service team were instantly available and did everything I needed straight away. Lots of features on this app and a great backend compared to the app we previously used so I am looking forward to using this for our business.
