We are very happy with both this app, as well as the service.

On the app side, the developers are keen on absorbing adjustments and improvements their customers want, which ends up saving a little time here, a little time there. The app does a pretty good job automating everything, which is super helpful - and they continue to improve upon the platform in this regard.

On the service side, they have always been happy to help when we had questions, are usually quite quick to respond, and are more hands-on than many larger developers. They also don't just wait for you to contact them with your needs, but rather, reach out to probe what your needs might be.

These guys know that it takes effort and focus to build a successful product, and they have done exactly that.

It has been an interesting journey with Return Prime! I waited to write this review until we had been using the platform for a few months. Here's the report: First off, the customer service is top notch. They really are there to chat, call, and help resolve issues any time you need them. Zero complaints about their responsiveness and friendliness. Thanks to Wonder Woman and Shubham for all their help! The program itself runs smoothly and without major issue. It looks good on the customer facing side and give you a lot of control over the language used throughout the return process. There is some funkyness when it comes to the back-end processes. More control over inventory allocation for exchanges would be nice. Same could be said for being able to change/combine returns and exchanges. You will have to work within the constraints of their system to process requests. Return Prime is not a custom platform so expect a few compromises. Overall I recommend looking at Return Prime as your returns platform. For a vastly-less-expensive-than-their-competitors option you can't go wrong. For the issues we have encountered, they seem to be working on solutions and we are looking forward to seeing what they will provide.

I wanted to use this help to provide a quick and easier option for my clients and us as a business, when it comes to the return process. I tried to set everything by myself, however, I needed help along the way and their team provided that. They were quick and efficient to solve the problem we encountered. Their team is always available and just a click away. So far, so good! Great experience and I definitely recommend using their app. It makes our lives much easier ;)

I was having issue with automatically adding return prime to my website and contacted their support team. believe me I had never came across with something like that, their customer support is far more better than many big companies, they are so kind polite and helpful towards their clients. support staff @wonder guided me to integrate the app to my website and done it only in few minutes. loved their service

I just started using it and have done one exchange. The process was very easy. I am mostly writing this review now because onboarding and set-up was very easy between the parts I did on my own and the customization I asked support to help with. The person who helped me was amazing! They were able to answer every question I had. Awesome first impression. Glad I switched from the very expensive app - Aftership which wanted to charge me $119 just to add the ability to do exchanges in addition to returns. Thanks Return Prime for making this switch easy.

I LOVE this app. It's so easy for our customers to return products from their order and so I have more time to focus on my business. The support team is great and ready to help anytime. I really appreciate this point because even when you have a lot of knowledge in Shopify, still you are not able to develop but the team is there to help. We had an issue we faced and the app wasn't able to fix this yet but I talked to the support team and they created a solution for us within days. BIG LOVE!

If I could 50 stars, I would.

Return Prime is such an easy to use app. It took me 15 mins to figure it all out, and I love how easy it is to give our customers an optimal return experience. This is an incredible app, however the best part about it was the onboarding experience. Shubham was just fantastic - he was patient, answered all my questions and made sure I was set up for success. Post launch, he was available to hop on as many calls (not that we needed it) in case if we faced any issues. He even offered to train my dispatch team, which saved me so much time and saved our company 100s of hours in managing and tracking returns. Highly recommend the team and would recommend other vendors to learn from their merchant success offered.

It's an awesome app when it come to smooth return/exchange customer experience, that too with your own branded return page. In the earlier app we there were not much options to return and re-ship the return items to the customer, but with this app we can do all that with much ease. The team is also very supportive particularly Shubham who helped us very much during onboarding process and was very proactive & patient towards resolving our queries even after onboarding.

Just one thing if you guys can introduce the bulk refund in a single order, means if there are multiple products to be refunded in a single return request then we have to issue the total refund by mapping one product only instead of all the product.

We just started using this app and the app is far better than what other options we got in store. This app streamlines the return, and exchange process and saves you lots of time and resources. There are some features missing and we hope the team will work on it.

The onboarding was seamless, and the set up incredibly easy. The support team is very friendly, helpful, and responsive, one of the best things about the app.

Does the trick. Makes the process very smooth. The only thing I don't like is their name makes it hard to search for questions that need answering because the search will take you to amazon prime results. I have had a good experience with their customer service chat boxes, though. All in all, great app.
