We have been using return prime on our store for almost 5 months now. We are very satisficed with the product. Managing returns and refunds is very easy. I have got good feedback from our customers as well regarding the return experience.
It's pretty easy to use but few changes in the app is recommended which will definitely go a long way.
We discovered Return Prime a few months ago when we were looking for a system that accommodates both returns and exchanges. It was such a game changer for us when we were able to not only house returns and exchanges in the same system, but also create a unique user experience for the customer depending on what their request was. The customer service at Return Prime was very helpful in setting it up and responds very quickly with any request that we have. We would recommend Return Prime!

Top app for returns and exchange management. The setup allows for complete customization. It is very nice that support listens to customers' needs and develops the app in their image. We have been using it for about 8 months and it has developed incredibly month after month, adding more and more features.

Easy to use and makes organising returns and exchanges super easy! Have only had 1 issue with the app as it wasn't loading but it was fixed within 30 minutes of talking on live chat. Great service and would recommend!
