To date, my store have not processed any returns. However, I would like to express my appreciation for the prompt and kind support received via the chat feature with setting up the Exchange Submission page on my website. As soon as the rep was granted permission to collaborate it literally took them a few moments to complete the task, by which they confirmed the change. Thanks so much of the support and I will update this review whenever the first exchange is submitted and processed.
This app provides a seamless return and exchange experience to our customers. Before we used to do return and exchanged manually. With increase in the number of orders, the manual process got hectic and our customer experience was getting bad. With this app, our manual process is reduced and now our staff can focus on more productive things. This app seems solving many of our staff and customer experience issues.
