Amazing app and support is very helpful, they were very quick to respond and all questions were answered and all issues were resolved within few minutes. I was having hard time to find an app that can help me to manage returns and exchanges, I am very happy that I found this, it is working well for me. I highly recommend this app.
Just set it up but love the live chat support. They helped me get it all going!
no need to look for other apps, I did that research for you my friends and this one is the real deal! after installing and testing 5+ return/exchange apps, this one remains the PRIME!, they understand how to benefit the seller as much as they facilitate it for the customer. No other apps cleverly upsell and try directing the customer for an exchange instead of a refund like this one does! these people are geniuses of not leaving any money on the table and I'm all in for it!
So far excellent Return platform super easy to use and the support I got from Wonder Women was amazing. Super quick response and my issue was resolved in minutes. Highly recommend this.
