How does Return Prime Works?

  1. After installing the app from the App Store, complete the Onboarding journey to get started.
  2. When we land on the dashboard page there is an option to install setup for Customer journey and a button to revert those changes. The setup button on the dashboard page will add one more column on the accounts page on Shopify. The column will say ‘Return/Exchange’. This Return/Exchange button is available on behalf of each order on account page and it will directly take customer to the return raising page where customer can select from a list of reasons mentioned by the store owners.
  3. After Raising the request the Return/Exchange request is visible on the admin dashboard with all the relevant information about the order. The operational process can be done now. The merchant can approve/reject the request. After approval a reverse shipment is created with an AWB number and the tracking details are added on the admin dashboard.
  4. After the item is received in the warehouse the merchant can mark the order as received. The Item can then be inspected and restocked if the quality of product is good to sell again if not merchant can uncheck the option of restocking.
  5. Refund can be generated as a Discount code or can be manually managed outside the app.
