Pre-built widgets are great and work well on our site - we use a carousel on the home page, product specific rating snippet on our product pages plus a general page for all our company reviews in one place. The customer service here in the UK is great - amazing to be able to speak to an actual person who is accountable and get things done - Mollie in our case!

Good friendly company that explain all the things that are important when setting reviews up. Solid system, trusted by google. Customer services staff know their stuff and are quick to help and resolve any issues.
I was previously using a google certified review service. They were ok. Offered a ton of functionality. But charged you WAY more than the service justified. I looked elsewhere and found reviews.io. During the changeover the customer service has been very personable and implementing has been a breeze. The cost is a 1/3 of what I was paying to the other guys, and I have lost zero functionality. I am extremely happy so far with swap over and I know if I have ANY issues the team at reviews.io will assist me.

Customer support 10/10, easy to use 10/10, features 10/10, pricing 8/10 (better than their competitors but ALL review apps are over priced IMO). They do it perfectly... my only gripe is paying £150+ a month for a review app but it beats paying even more for Trustpilot or Feefo etc. and free review apps are too exposed to unverified reviews.
The main highlight is the extremely helpful customer support, especially from Dan & Carlus. The app works well too.

Really helpful when I needed support on implementing widgets on our website. Connects with Klaviyo and you can do your own HTML designs of emails too. Lot's of functionality.
