We have been using ShipBob now for over 12 months and the most impressive thing has been how well it integrates with Shopify and Gorgias making both the processing of orders and handling of customer support inquiries and returns extremely easy saving us considerable amounts of time. Recently we also started selling on Amazon and the process of integrating with Amazon FBA and replenishment of inventory is also very simple and automated.
