The implementation process was made very clear and easy through my representative Suproteek. He answered all my questions and was very patient with me. I am very likely to recommend Shipbob to someone else because of the simple and helpful onboarding process!

It's been a nightmare. Their fullfilment is almost double of what you see on shopify. In addition they lost packages at their wearhosue. The worst part is that often their orders are not going out 2 or 3 days after fulfillment. I am getting inventory out right now. Read all the negative reviews but wanted to give them a chance. Not wroth it. And all support is in India via email. Don't do it.
