We implemented this to save us admin time in our consultations and it has been great so far. The support is very quick and very helpful. No question is too much.

For our business, there are certain limitations however I think they are continuing to improve the product and make it even better. The subscription option recently implemented was exactly what we required, as it now allows our customers to self-serve and book their own appointments without requiring manual follow up!
