Data Export IO: Report

App doesn't work anymore and support keeps asking unnecessary questions instead of solving the problem.

I talked twice today to the support and first there was a very helpful support rep. Later I contacted again them via support because the problem was still not solved and the other support rep "Manuwel" did not help at all and kept asking von *.myshopify.com address even though I gave it to him.
