Data Export IO: Report

I have only been using Data Exporter IO for a few weeks now, but wish I had started years ago. What used to take 20 minutes of modifications to the Shopify export to turn it into a useful report now only takes a minute or two. The Customer Service is outstanding too. Helington there was super responsive and always had answers to my questions or modifications to my reports done within a few hours. I fully expected to be on my own building reports, which would have been fine too because Data Exporter IO is very intuitive and easy to use, but Helington reached out not long after I built my first report using the trial version, reviewed my report and what I sell using Shopify, and provided several suggestions and insights that were spot on. The whole experience made it a no-brainer to become a paid subscriber.

We have been using Data Exporter IO for 6+ years now. We couldn't operate without it. The customer service is also top shelf. I recommend this app.

Shoutout to Guru on the support team! I was trying to pull a complex Shopify order metafield into a custom report and kept running into deep database syntax errors. Guru stepped in and provided the exactly what I needed to map the data correctly. Phenomenal, highly technical support that saved me hours of frustration.

Love this app! Use it on a daily basis. So easy to use and the staff are always amazing and helpful. They have created various reports for me without any issues. Special shout out to Deepak for his fantastic service

It is amazing !!

They seem to be available 24/7, always seem to respond, humanly, within moments and are always quick and helpful with their responses.

Many times I've been trying to find a way to add a couple of columns to one of my reports, usually columns that are not readily available as part of that reports normal columns, and they had helped me to add them and then waited patiently for me to check that the results are as I wanted.

Always very polite and courteous, even though I might sometimes pester them a few times in a day because I've thought of something else I want to add.

The app itself is also great. I do have one or two suggestions as to how it could be improved but all in all it is excellent - and pretty good value for money too.

Customer service really is great. Even though certain features aren't available, I mentioned it and they are quick on trying their best to make the features available and possible. Which most apps don't do.
