I've been using the Data-Export app now for over 3 years and it has been a dream to use. Not only does it make it simple and straight-forward to mine Shopify transactional data and create reports, but the support has also been exemplary, which I never take for granted. Data-Export is a must-have tool in my eComm tech stack.
Love the chat option, customer service always responds and helps create any report you could possibly need. I personally use them for modifying my different reports.
Awesome app for reporting, you can get polished and tailored reports as per your needs which is not possible with regular shopify reports and you can also schedule them for daily basis. This is a mush have app for massive stores hitting big numbers

The app itself is also working perfectly well for us. Its functionalities have made our lives much easier, especially as a personalised beauty gifting brand. We cannot imagine how we are going to craft hundreds of our signature product daily i.e. custom lipsticks (where customers can choose casing, pick colour, add name engraving and add personalised message card) if it is without the help of this app!

We use Data Export daily and love it. We got it for the reason of creating automated inventory feeds, and have found a ton of uses since then. It's easy to use, efficient, and super deep if you want it.
Not just that, but their customer service is top notch. We needed a custom report, and they had it done the same day. Quite impressive!
Data Export is a big help to our business and we'd recommend it for sure.
Price - quality wise this is one of the best apps within Shopify. With the possibility to export the reports to spreadsheets makes it possible to create a lot of automation.
And if there is help needed, the customer service support always provides a good answer. I haven't come across a request that wasn't possible! :)
