Customer service is actual humans and helpful so that's nice. It works for what our company needs it for.

While the app itself is simple to use, the support is fantastic - responsive and thoroughly helpful.

Nearly everything you could want is available out of the box, but in the cases where I need something super specific, the support team is always ready and willing to help through their chat platform.
