Perfect function, Perfect support. Although I'm foreigner customer and not good at english, The support team give us very kind service. and You can make your own templates for example, shipping templates, analze templates etc by using this app. High recommend this app!!!

We needed an easy way to send data from our Shopify stores to Salesforce Marketing Cloud. We have used Data Export for this for a few years now. It provides standard reports that we can customize to ensure we are sending all of the data in the frequency that we need. On occasion there is a data point that we cannot identify in the Data Export interface, but support has been excellent in helping us set up the field to pull into our reports. We've been very happy with Data Export's product and support.

This app and customer service is amazing! A lot of the issues we experienced when moving over to Shopify was solved with this app. Everything from tracking product sales, exporting packing lists and custom made delivery lists. We need to import Shopify's data into another program, and this application has the most complete function. It has various types of report formats and can be created by customizing reports as needed. If necessary, experts will directly create or modify the required data fields.
