We decided to use the B2B/Wholesale Solution App for our Shopify store to meet our client's specific requirements. Our client needed the ability to sell to B2B customers with different pricing and exclude VAT charges for them. This app fulfilled all the necessary criteria our client was seeking. Additionally, for the registration form, our client wanted B2B users to provide a valid EU VAT number along with other mandatory fields.

Thanks to this app, we were able to effectively utilize the same Shopify store for both B2C and B2B customers. However, we did encounter some issues during the setup process, which led us to reach out to the app's support team. We were pleasantly surprised by their exceptional responsiveness and prompt assistance. The support provided by this app's team was truly fantastic.
