This app worked well initially, but for well over a year it has been highly unreliable when it comes to sending email reports. That is deeply disappointing, as without dependable email reporting the product is effectively unusable. We raised this issue on numerous occasions, only to be repeatedly told that the fault lay with our own systems — despite the fact that we use both Microsoft 365 and Google’s email platform. We persisted far longer than we should have, at significant cost to the business. In hindsight, we should have moved on after the ninth or tenth lengthy support session, as the same issue continued to occur without resolution.

You’re right — when a core feature like automated email reporting becomes unreliable, it undermines the entire purpose of the tool. That’s especially frustrating when it worked initially and then degraded over time.
Over the past year, we’ve made improvements to how reports are generated and delivered, including strengthening delivery monitoring and fallback handling to prevent inconsistent sending. Reliability in reporting is something we take seriously.
