It just makes everything so easy, managing reviews, putting it in your code/website. The entire incentive system. It's a joy to use this app. The emails with the follow-ups. The support is always there, responding all the time in a few minutes. They've helped us with quite some technical questions and migrating our reviews from an older theme to a newer one.
