Fera Product Reviews App

I've been using this app for over a year now, and I couldn't be more satisfied. It's exactly what I needed to showcase customer reviews. It offers several widgets to adapt reviews seamlessly to different pages on your site. One of the features I love is the ability to set up automated review request emails and fully customize them to fit my needs. The customer service team was patient and professional in resolving a few issues during the app's integration with my theme. Everything was resolved quickly, and it works perfectly now. The app works perfectly, you can set a lot of things yourself and if you do need support, it happens within a few hours. They take a lot of time and solve every problem together. I can recommend this app to everyone!

I tried out other review apps, but I came back to Fera because it is the only one that easily lets me display past reviews from my Etsy shop on my website. The customer service is also excellent, even though I am still on the free version. They quickly cleared up a technical glitch I was experiencing after reinstalling the app for the second time. The other review apps I tried were dismissive when I reached out with technical difficulties. I definitely recommend this app and would consider upgrading to a paid version as my shop grows.

I needed help, badly, i reached out in the chat box, never know what I am going to get, I am not a computer savvy person, but I find many providers have chat people who don't know whats going on. These guys totally rocked. Holden took care of me. I made some errors a few times, things were my fault, and he got me through. I am very appreciative for his excellent service and getting it done.
