If you want a reliable and stable review platform, stay away from this app. Our reviews have been down for 3 days due to slowness issues on their server, which is likely causing the widgets not to display. We keep receiving the same response every time we contact them, and they still don’t know how to fix their own server in this AI era. What a shame. We are considering switching.

L'app purtroppo ha smesso di funzionare e purtroppo siamo stati costretti a cancellarla. Peccato, ci era utile ma non sono riusciti a trovare una rapida soluzione per risolvere, almeno in parte, i problemi. Non potendo avere dei bug sul sito abbiamo disinstallato l'app

I don't collect individual product reviews but store reviews and wanted my store reviews rating to pop up under each product title and the customer service team was able to help me get the exact look i wanted! This app sends all my reviews messages for me automatically after setting it up. I don't have to think about it and it helps build credibility in my business! Easier to use than Judge.Me!

Absolute wonderful service. We wanted something a bit more personalised for how the stars looked on our collection page and Roel helped us with every detail we asked. We've been using the app also for about 3 years and have been super happy with it.
Excellent customer service. Always able to help with the website etc. good value for money and good widgets.
What a phenomenal support! I spoke to a REAL person and not a bot. In about 15-20minutes, Roel helped me resolve some programming issues, guided me in some backend configurations I was struggling with.
They have a super feature which is for customers to review the store itself, which is great if you have a physical store or provides services such as workshops like we do. My previous customers have a link they can leave a quick review and it's working so well.
Super recommend it Even though I use another app that has product review as one of their offers, I rather pay extra to have the reviews done by Fera.
