Have had this app for some years now. It has it's issues, as it should. Customer service has improved over the years, I just had a great reminder of that. We've had a problem lingering for some years now, and it was never resolved. Today, I had the pleasure of reaching out and being helped by Alina. She found the answer, that answer didn't resolve the issue, but it was the one time I got a real answer to this problem. She then pointed me in the direction of a resolution that may help, time will tell, but the patience and understanding was worth the wait time, and the headache is now numbed and my confidence in this App has grown. The App does what it should do, does it well. It created a headache in the background, but that was resolved today. Thank you Alina.
