LoyaltyLion: Rewards & Loyalty

We love working with Loyalty Lion! Their platform is by far the best rewards program out there. Their team is super helpful and very kind. They only want to see your rewards program succeed, so they do whatever they can to help. There's some slight issues with developers not being available if you need something fixed, so it can be a little manual in that way. Otherwise, we love Loyalty Lion and wouldn't use anyone else for my rewards program. I've been working with the same account manager for the last 2 years and we're so happy Hannah hasn't been swapped out for another CSM. She's THE BEST. She knows our account very well, which is a huge benefit for our program + this platform.
