We have encountered numerous problems with the latest version of your application. The previous version functioned exceptionally well. The current update has made it overly complex and significantly challenging for users. Additionally, over the past two days, we have experienced an issue with your app failing to display our eBay products in the bulk section. I have communicated regarding the ERROR we are receiving, yet no one has responded to us.
