This app has gone from bad to worse. For $99 a month, it should at least work. Support doesn't listen. The app is defective. It causes significant issues with Amazon listings and Etsy. They will not fix it and the recommendations do not solve the problems. Very sad.

Josh worked through a complicated issue with us and within a day or so helped provide a solution. The App is great even with a catalog of nearly 10k skus we provide to Amazon and eBay.

I tried using Marketplace Connect as a cost-saving alternative after previously relying on a custom API. Still, it has not been a solution for my most important need, connecting with the Target+ marketplace. After a year and a half of effort, there has been virtually no progress, and neither the app’s support team nor Target’s support seems to fully understand how to resolve the issues. It has been a genuinely frustrating experience. The app does work well with Walmart, eBay, and Etsy, but if your primary goal is seamless Target integration, this is not the tool for you. Save yourself the time and avoid the disappointment.

If there were an option to give negative stars, I would gladly do it.

This has been by far the worst experience I have ever had with any app on Shopify — and I’ve used many. Marketplace Connect is unbelievably poor, confusing, and unreliable.

The app itself feels broken and unfinished, and what makes it even worse is the support team. They seem to have zero understanding of their own app. I spent an entire month going back and forth with support, explaining the same issues again and again, only to reach ABSOLUTELY NO SOLUTION.

Used for almost 12 months but uninstalled due to the insistence that “eBay” required customer details be deleted. This includes name, address, phone. Order tracking details, reviews that are left. Also means the customer can’t be merged and makes keeping track of repeat business impossible as well as trying to find orders to assist with warranties and follow up. If you value record keeping avoid this app.

Really easy way to handle my Ebay listings from my Shopify store. Dale Jones is an amazing tech support rep who helped us get the Shopify to Ebay connection working very well (give Dale a raise).

We use the app for Amazon and Ebay. The connections are fast, it can be mapped to meta data making it easier to input product attributes. The customer service has always been quick to help and my problems are always resolved quickly.

There are occasional issues with photos not posting to Ebay correctly. This is solved with a simple email.

The app is slow, taking a long time to open individual listings.

It historically imported a bunch of old orders without any confirmation or clicking anywhere

Caused a lot of double orders.

Support just says "thats intendeded, how about you go fix 600 orders manually from both Shopify and your accounting system"

No compensation no nothing. Total lack of care for merchants.

It is free of charge up to 50 orders per month and capped at $99 USD.

Steals your money for orders from amazon that are not even connected. if you do any decent business with amazon they are going to charge you 1% of all your orders

We will only charge for listings that are managed by the Marketplace Connect app.

You can have up to 50 free orders per month, once you surpass this we will charge 1% of all order sales capped at $99 per month.
