Aaron's response time was awesome and he helped explain some difficult issues clearly and with screenshots so it was easy to understand. This app is awesome and once you wrap your head around it, it reduces the workload enormously. Highly recommend!

I gotta say that SHOPIFY MARKETPLACE CONNECT is not only an app that can change your life into a smooth process to success because they also have the most professional team who can help you in every single question you may have, at any time. I'm glad I tried another source to progress in less timing because definitely this is the number one app that I ever feel happiness while I'm working knowing that I'm moving forward in my 2 eBays stores at the very same time.. Perfect app to link us to Amazon. Began using it December 2023 and has really increased our sales. Being able to sync inventory is the end of a nightmare for sure.

Anytime I have a question, their chat help has been right there to assist.

Can only be used on laptop/desktop (not through the Shopify App). Difficult to navigate and overly complicated. Runs very slowly and takes a while for new products to appear in listing results. New products must be manually updated (no auto-transfer). Screen recordings aren't supported by support chat system. But support is 24/7, responds to initial message quickly, willing to Google Meet/screen share, and answers questions effectively. The support team is the only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of just 1 star. I've been using the Shuttle app for over a year, and even though it costs $5 per month, it's soooo much better!

Shopify rep Jae is the best rep they have in the company! Not in a hurry to get rid of you and go on to the next, but taking time to understand the problem and find a solution. Though the many faults of the app, Im staying because of his help.

Defiantly install this app before you create your products on Amazon or other marketplaces if you have not already done so. It makes creating listings so much easier than going through for example AMZ marketplace app.
Customer service reached out to me shortly after we installed the app and asked if we needed help onboarding or if we had any questions. I had lots and they scheduled a call and walked me through all of it.
