CedCommerce Amazon Channel

As a long-term user of CedCommerce, it’s sad that I will have to leave the Amazon team due to inconsistencies in Customer Service & Technological Performance. I’ve tried to be patient and give some grace but this just flat out terrible. My account manager is clueless and doesn’t respond to my messages. The products are failing to sync via Shopify and we are just over it. Highly disappointed in this team, as the Walmart brand works so well with their merchants. Get it together guys.
