I've been using the CJ app for the past few months and have been receiving support from Sabrina Liu, who I actually can't rate highly enough given she has gone above and beyond anytime I've reached out for a question, and I ask her something almost daily. Now that I'm more comfortable with it I do like the easy sourcing requests, product connections, pre ordering inventory, their handling of disputes, 24/7 support and care with communicating shipping/fulfilment with me (e.g., I have had pictures/videos before accepting quality). I would love to see the algorithm for the search fixed though, probably the biggest frustration with the app.
