CJ Dropshipping has no accountability whatsoever. They provide no real or accurate information about stock availability and do not own any products. Instead, they act as a middleman sourcing items from random AliExpress suppliers, which completely defeats the purpose of using a “private” dropshipping agent.

Their order processing claims are misleading. They advertise that 90% of orders are processed within 1–3 days, which is simply not true. In reality, orders often take 10+ days just to ship, and even then the tracking remains unupdated for days or weeks, leaving sellers and customers completely in the dark.

What’s worse is their lack of transparency. In some cases, they silently send replacement products without informing you. If redelivery is required, they ask for additional money, and after you pay, they suddenly inform you that delivery will take another 7+ days. This cycle wastes time, money, and destroys customer trust.

Their customer support is extremely poor. Representatives give scripted replies, avoid responsibility, and instead of resolving issues, some have even asked sellers to leave fake positive reviews on social platforms to cover up real problems.

Overall, CJ Dropshipping is unreliable, misleading, and damaging to any serious e-commerce business. If you value transparency, speed, and customer trust, this platform should be avoided entirely.
