CJdropshipping: Much Faster

Elira Liu has been helpful on my inquiry. It's just frustrating on either Shopify or CJ Dropshipping platform that it doesn't notify us on any problems on the orders so we have to manually check the problems. Hope it can be better in this case as customers will be frustrated waiting long for their orders.

Interface is confusing and not at all user friendly. Cannot access customer support when I'm locked out of my account. Products are constantly out of stock. Requires a great deal of time and effort to fulfill an order

I had a very pathetic experience using CJ Dropshipping as my fulfilment partner.

My customer orders has been stuck in transit for over a month with no delivery, despite the tracking showing that it arrived at the destination airport weeks ago. Throughout this period, my customer repeatedly contacted me asking for updates

What frustrated me the most was not just the shipping delay—it was the lack of ownership from CJ. Every follow-up resulted in generic responses such as "we've urged the logistics team" or "please wait patiently." There was no concrete investigation, no estimated resolution, and no proactive communication.

As the store owner, I had to:

Apologise to my customer multiple times.
Spend hours following up with CJ support.
Eventually issue a full refund out of my own pocket because the customer lost confidence in receiving the order.

International shipping can sometimes be delayed—I understand that. But suppliers are judged by how they handle those delays. In this case, there was very little accountability, poor communication, and no practical solution offered.

For businesses that value customer satisfaction and reliable fulfilment, this experience has been extremely costly, both financially and in terms of brand reputation.

I would not recommend CJ as a dropshipping partner.

Coming from 7 years on DSER and trying cj its been a great upgrade and they offer a better over services and being in ecom for 10 years - i will make the switch to CJ Droppshipping its a big move but i know when i see something that really works and has my interests first. One of the best features of CJ is the pay for product searching - my time is best spent on the business not aimless trying to find supplier for hours and get the best deal possible -my sourcing agent Elara has found all my products as requested with in 24 hours and the best price. Also the Ai integration works flawlessly. drop shipping has come along way and im glad i found CJ Dropshipping

Connie was fantastic in assisting me in rectifying a shipping issue for a product that did not ship to the UK. Connie located the same product and processed a manual order for me, so the customer could be sent what they ordered. I was feeling very stressed about the situation, and Connie's assistance in addressing the issue means the customer gets there order and I have less stress. Thank you Connie

Great platform for beginners. CJ is genuinely simple to learn, and I really appreciate that you truly don't pay anything until you actually get an order, that made starting my store possible without upfront inventory risk. One tip for new users: pay close attention to your settings, especially the shipping method on each order, since defaults aren't always the best pick. When my first order's tracking stalled, customer service rep Mia Peng picked it up fast and put a rush on it for me. Solid support, beginner friendly, would recommend.

They have many products to choose but i found that their processing and shipping time is slower than the other companies. They have the Much Faster marked beside their business name but it's just not the case. They should improve it. Sometimes they take almost 10 days to start fixing an order issue which is unacceptable.

CJ Dropshipping has been one of the best dropshipping suppliers I've ever worked with. I've tried many different dropshipping platforms for my business, but I will always recommend CJ Dropshipping because of their reliable service, wide product selection, and excellent support.
