CJ Dropshipping has been reliable for my business overall.
Agent Zara has been excellent - responsive, clear communication, and always helpful in resolving issues.

They have a great website full of nice items, but they dont verify the items that vendors post. I have had to refund 3 clients in 6 months. Im sure at one time, this company was doing great. 2025 and 2026 have been disappointing. I was even told when products were no longer avalible, that listing would be removed from my store. Nope, they said I had to go through each one manually to remove. I have over 7000 listings. not happy. its been a waste of time
