Had great experience til Box Chen @ CJ Drop-shipping. Was able to resolve my order issue so i can successfully process the order for my customer. Also was able to answer other questions i have since I’m new to using the platform. Felt very confident in my new partnership.
Amazing, very professional, patient human support from CJD & "Angel Li (Customer Service)" ! She helped me resolve a very complicated case where I needed to find a new source for a product & new supplier, but she made it very simple ! The comparison between CJD & AutoDS is night and day ! I loved the human agent support, AutoDS charges a fortune for services & gives very poor ai agent services ! Thank you Angel Li !

1- Their Inventory management is a LIE! in a month i sold around 10 products from CJ and 8 of them ware out of stock and 2 of them took over 25 days and still not delivered and also tracking data shows nothing to say where it is.
2- They just list items that are not even exist. So it is just hurting you and frustrate you
3- IT has not happened but there is a possibility they list and describe something but you will get totally different product.
4- The tracking number they provide is not correct and even exist. They give you fake tracking and it is not accurate. I sole few and immediately they provided a tracking and 5 days later they came back to me and said out of stock. so i dont understand if it is out of stock how tracking gets generated and say it is on the way??!?!?!?!

Emily Liu has been absolutely incredible. She’s fast, reliable, and genuinely cares about helping her clients. Every time I needed support whether it was with COGS, order issues, variant updates or anything, she went above and beyond to solve everything quickly and clearly.

I am very happy to report that my personal agent Adeline Wang helped me through a big mess with professionalism and personal contact. I was very frustrated due to a developer I had used to set up my e commerce store. I no longer work with this developer but she used her email to bind the store to my Cjs account. I had emaied the person to take her name off my account and she never responded. So I was stuck. I couldnt get orders to go thru bc my payment system had been set up with her email. Once I explained all that my agent Adeline went to work and after some verification and screenshots, she was able to get the store linked to me! I cant explain what a relief that was! If asked I would highly recommend her to help with your account.
