Absolutely unacceptable and deeply unprofessional service.
I was clearly told the product was in stock and ready to ship. Based on that confirmation, I placed the order and even paid extra for expedited shipping. After payment, I was repeatedly assured the order was being processed and would be dispatched soon.
Instead, I received constant delays, vague responses, and completely contradictory information. First, the order was “in the warehouse.” Then it was “under processing.” Later, I was told it was “lost.” This is not a minor mistake — this is blatant mismanagement and misleading communication.
Charging for fast shipping while failing to ship on time is unacceptable. For small online sellers like me, every order represents real revenue and real customer trust. Your lack of transparency and accountability directly harms our businesses.
If you cannot provide accurate stock information or fulfill orders responsibly, you should not claim that items are available or offer expedited shipping at all.
Extremely disappointing experience.
