By far the worst app I have ever used on Shopify:
- The app keeps bugging, for example I cannot link product manually, the button is greyed for no reason. I have to refresh 10 times to get it done. Clearing cache, changing browsers does not help
- I cannot even subscribe. Their support asks me to click on a button, when I click I don't have the same screen as them
- Their support is absolutely clueless and ineffective. After 4 days trying to get some resolution, their agent told me "I do not see any active ticket"... absolutely insane
First time I leave a 1-star review on Shopify marketplace, my experience was absolutely horrible. Their support does not dig into issues. Lowest support
Train your team pls, and maybe stop hiring freelancers to do customer support without any guidance
