The app's support team responds extremely quickly and has been very helpful to us in resolving our issues in a timely manner! The app does not work with Shopify Bundles, which is a bummer since we intended to have bundles available for wholesale customers to purchase. However, it does everything else we need it to do - apply automatic discounts to specific collections for customers with a specific tag, hide products/collections from view for retail customers. The support team helped us add custom code for our Cart page so that B2B customers can use discount codes, and it looks great / works seamlessly with our online store theme. We have had minimal technical issues, and usually having the customer just refresh their browser or clear cache/cookies does the trick. Definitely a great add-on for Shopify!
