Had a great experience talking to their customer support team as they worked with me to get the button in the right spot and update the colors. We even tested out a few color schemes together. It all felt so supportive, collaborative and quick. It saved me a ton of time and they were incredibly clear and communicative.

caveat: I've only recently installed the app so unclear of long-term use but the short-term experience blew me out of the water so much that I would like to continue using them as long as possible.
