PLEASE I NEED HELP ASAP

All my personalized products don´t have the personalization options any more, although the app is installed (I´m on the Premium plan).

I can´t reach any client support via chat.

Please I need help asap

9/12/24 The page app disappeared in my shopify store, although the app is installed (I´m on the Premium plan).

I can´t reach any client support via email. All of my customized products have their prices changed so now they cost thousands of euro.

Please I need help asap

Customer support chat is great, Aman helped me so much to have my customizations up and running!
